Veela works well on its own, and better connected. Here's what you can plug in today, and what's next.
Past 25members a cap table stops being a side-table: investors expect a registry of record with full history behind every holding, not a working copy that's merely up to date.
So Veela hands that to Tokeniser — the registry-of-record platform behind our own cap table infrastructure. Veela governs the decisions; Tokeniser keeps the DD-grade record they produce.
The connection is in final testing — express interest and we'll switch you on first when it opens.
Live now, for every plan that needs them.
Every signatory gets a personal signing link by email, no account needed — included on every plan by default. Wet-ink is covered too: print, sign, upload, and Veela records each signature individually.
Nothing to connect — start a circulating resolution and Veela emails each signatory their own link automatically, with a live progress bar and resend controls while you wait.
Optional upgrade for teams already running one of these providers. Connect it and circulation routes through your existing account instead of Veela's built-in signing links.
Connect your own account and API key from Settings — Veela sends the signature request and tracks status there instead. Disconnect any time to fall back to Veela's included signing links.
Billing, subscription management and tax-aware invoicing — the processor powering Veela's own subscriptions, trials and usage-based add-ons once production tax configuration is approved.
Nothing to connect on your side — manage your plan, payment method and invoices any time from the billing portal, one click from Billing.
Optional data feeds for trusts and SMSFs, available where a deployment has them enabled. Statement upload remains a complete workflow either way.
Optional, read-only bank-data consent for Trust by Veela, where a deployment has Basiq enabled. Balances it brings in stay indicative observations — the retained bank or broker statement remains the evidence a trustee checks before adopting a value.
Grant consent from the trust workspace and manage or revoke it at any time; onboarding never depends on the connection. Statement upload is the complete fallback, connected or not.
Close-price feeds for listed securities, crypto and precious metals, where enabled. Every observation is indicative and receipt-backed — it names its source and as-at date and never substitutes for the trustee's own adoption decision.
Runs automatically for eligible asset classes once a deployment has the feed enabled — nothing to connect on the trustee's side.

Direct ASIC lodgement through BGL's corporate compliance platform, for firms already running their registry there.
Planned as an alternative lodgement path alongside email-to-agent routing and self-filing — same prepared packs, one more way to get them to ASIC.
Draft journal suggestions for equity events — option grants, share issues, dividends — matched to what actually happened on your register.
Planned to turn a passed resolution into a suggested journal entry in your accounting system, reviewed by your bookkeeper before posting.
Notifications for the moments that matter — a resolution ready to sign, a deadline the sentinel has flagged, an ASIC pack prepared.
Planned as an optional channel alongside email, so your team sees governance events where they already work.
